This award is presented to club(s) that help charter a new club.
  • Criteria: Should be an existing Toastmasters club that assists in the formation of the applicant club by involving at least 2 members of the sponsor club as roleplayers in the demo meet/new club meet for at least 6 weeks

A Club will be awarded the Phoenix award if they achieve DCP >=5 points (with at least 1 DCP for membership goal achieved), thus rising from the ashes like a Phoenix.

This award recognizes clubs that use print, digital, or social media (including newspapers, magazines, radio, TV, or the Toastmasters magazine) to promote Toastmasters and build community awareness. It also honors clubs running special programs like Speechcraft or Youth Leadership to reach non-Toastmasters.

    1. All publications should be related to Toastmasters and promote the benefits of Toastmasters.
    2. These publications should add value for non-Toastmasters and encourage them to join the organization

Clubs submitting two newsletters on time are eligible. The top three clubs, based on combined scores for both terms, will be awarded: the best newsletter and two featured newsletters of the term.
  • Eligibility: All the clubs are encouraged to participate.
  • Criteria:
    1. Clubs must submit newsletters for both terms to be eligible for the award.
    2. The newsletter must be 16 to 48 pages, including covers. A 5% reduction will be applied for each additional or lesser page.
    3. The newsletter must adhere to the guidelines outlined in the current version of the Toastmasters International Brand Manual, with no major brand violations.

This award is to provide a formal method of learning leadership through accomplishing a task under the mentoring of a guidance committee.
  • Eligibility: All Members
  • Criteria: The member needs to submit the HPL project details and get approval from the HPL support team. Upon completion, submission needs to be made to qualify for this award. District Team will evaluate and finalize the top three submissions to be awarded at the district stage.

Note: The submission will be analyzed by the HPL chair with the support of the HPL team. The project needs to have substantial complexity and impact to qualify. The guidance committee members need to be finalized by the individual member; however, the HPL team will share pointers based on the nominations received.

This award will be presented to members who achieve the highest educational achievement in Toastmasters, namely the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM).

The Toastmaster who completes ONE Path (all 5 levels in the entire path) between 1st July 2024 and by 25th April 2025.

Clubs are invited to submit creative, informative, and brand-compliant flyer designs. Each club can submit ONE flyer per month, which should be posted on the club's social media. The best one will be called Outstanding Flyer of the Month and the next two flyers will be called Featured Flyers of the Month.
  • Criteria: The flyer must be shared on the club's social media platforms.
    There must be no brand violations according to the current Toastmasters International Brand Manual.
    Special criteria may be announced monthly via D120 social media pages.
    All monthly flyer submissions must align with the specified criteria for that month. .
  • Eligibility: All the Vice President Public Relations are encouraged to participate
  • Submission: Post on District 120 Facebook Group, submit on the District 120 Awards Corner.

This award is presented to members who support in chartering a new club by April 30th 2025.

VP Education works with club members to plan their tasks in advance and conduct meetings.
  • Eligibility: All VP Education of clubs in good standing
  • Evaluation:
    • Should have attended Club Officers Training for that term.
    • At least 2 sessions of New Member Orientation should be conducted for that term.
    • Role Assignment Roster of TMOD, GE, and 2 Prepared Speakers.

This award will be presented to members who have been appointed as Club Mentors/Club Coaches, and help the club to achieve distinguished status and also attain DCP >= 5 points.
  • Eligibility: Club Mentors for all clubs chartered from April 1st, 2024 onwards. Club Coaches appointed from April 1st, 2024 onwards.
  • Cut-off date: April 30th 2025

This award honors clubs for their exceptional creation of video content. It celebrates clubs that use visual media to highlight their achievements and activities, engaging and informing audiences both inside and outside of Toastmasters. The best one will be called Outstanding Video of the Month and the next two flyers will be called Featured Video of the Month.
  • Eligibility: All the Vice President Public Relations are encouraged to participate
  • Criteria: There must be no major brand violations according to the current Toastmasters International Brand Manual.
    Videos should be limited to a maximum of 90 seconds and not less than 30 seconds in duration
  • Cut-off date: Last date of every month
  • Award Presentation: Discover 2025

This award will be presented to Area Directors who accomplish the following:
  • Area to Achieve Presidents Distinguished by 30 Apr
  • All active clubs to have at least 4 Officers trained in both terms
  • 70% of active clubs to achieve distinguished status by 30 Apr
  • All Clubs CSP to be uploaded in Club Central by September 30th
  • Submit Area Success Plan by 30 Sep in District Central and then in district120.org
  • Attend at least 5 TLI Events (out of which 2 should be in person) before 15 Mar 2025
  • Have at least 20% of the member base attend an in-person TLI event before 15 Mar 2025
  • Area Director Visit Report to be filed for:
    • Round #1 on/before 15 Oct 2024
    • Round #2 on/before 15 Mar 2025
  • Area Director Quality check (for Golden Gavel) on clubs should be submitted on time
  • Have at least 1 area council per term with at least 80% attendance (submit minutes of the meeting)

This award will be presented to Division Directors who accomplish the following:
  • Division to Achieve Presidents Distinguished by 30 Apr and all areas to add at least 1 club
  • 80% of active clubs to have at least 4 Officers trained in both terms
  • 70% of active clubs to achieve distinguished status by 30 Apr
  • All Area Success Plan to be uploaded in District Central and then in district120.org by September 30th
  • Division Success Plan to be uploaded in District Central and then in district120.org by September 30th
  • Attend at least 5 TLI Events (out of which 2 should be in person) before 15 Mar 2025
  • Have at least 20% of the member base attend an in-person TLI event before 15 Mar 2025
  • Have at least 1 Division council per term with at least 60% attendance in-person (submit minutes of the meeting)
  • Area Director Visit Report to be filed for:
    • Round #1 on/before 15 Oct 2024
    • Round #2 on/before 15 Mar 2025
